Working with a virtual assistant means you don’t have to be in the same building or city in order to get the support you need. With tried and tested systems in place, Cloudberry will show you a simple way of working together which will be as effective as sharing an office.
Does virtual mean we’ll never meet?
Most of the work carried out by our team is done remotely. However, for those clients that like to meet face to face or want assistance with meetings or events, we’ll happily arrange to travel. Travel time is priced at half the hourly rate and expenses charged at cost.
How can we work virtually?
As well as phone, text and email, we use a number of cloud-based solutions for document collaboration, screen sharing and time recording.
What happens first?
After initial discussions we’ll communicate via phone, Skype or face to face to discuss the challenges you face and the level of support you require to make more of your day. We’ll suggest tasks we can take off your hands and ways to help you become more productive.
Cloudberry aims to respond to all queries and requests the same day and work will be turned around as soon as possible. Communicating regularly and planning ahead will help you get the most out of your virtual assistant.
Is Cloudberry well connected?
Over the last 13 years we have grown a great network and built relationships with suppliers including printers, web designers, creative agencies, personal stylists, coaches, mentors and many more. We know which companies to recommend!
Cloudberry takes client confidentiality very seriously. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and a confidentiality agreement forms part of our Client Contract. Alternatively, if you would prefer a separate NDA, we can arrange that too.
